Wayne Baker, P.E.
Wayne has engineering experience related to the energy conservation field since 1984. He attended the University of Nevada Reno and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in thermodynamics and heat transfer. He began his professional engineering career as an engineering consultant and has performed energy analyses and design for over 29 years. Wayne is a licensed engineer in several Western states and is NCEES accredited. He has participated in all facets of mechanical engineering design and construction for many projects including schools, casinos, office buildings, restaurants, recreational facilities, and large custom homes. Life cycle costing, efficiency, and alternative energy systems have always been a part of design considerations. Wayne has also been the keynote speaker at seminars in the past.
Christopher Curtis, PE
Chris has over 27 years of diverse mechanical engineering experience. He graduated with a BSME in 1986 from the University of Nevada Reno and has been a licensed professional engineer since 1992. He has extensive experience in the areas of industrial project management, manufacturing, product design and development, heavy equipment design, machine design, CNC programming and setup, fabrication, welding, and high production factory output. Industrial mechanical designs are provided for the military and private sector. In the construction venue he has extensive experience in the area of commercial and residential HVAC, plumbing, gas, and water design. Other mechanical designs have been integrated to complement visual presentation on projects such as custom water features, fire features, and equipment deployment.
Jeff Karhohs
Graduate of USMA (BS) and Michigan State (MBA). Jeff enjoyed 21 years of military service before moving to Reno, Nevada, to establish GBMS, a manufacturer’s rep company, specializing in boilers, pumps, and pipe.
